Golf Outings
Planning a golf outing? Give us a call! Reservations for groups of 20 or more may be made as soon as you have a date in mind.
Golf outings are set up by consecutive tee times, starting on the 1st tee. If the group consists of 40 or more golfers, we can split the group and half will start on the 1st tee and half on the 10th tee, per your request.
Event stakes will be provided for contest holes. The first group will take them out and the last group will pick them up. Just let us know how many event stakes you will need for your outing. We have found that your golf outing will run smoothly if you assign tee times to your golfers. You can request a tee time roster when you set up your golf outing. A copy of the roster should be kept at the starters desk.
Beverage cart service will be on the course during your golf outing, weather permitting. We have a wide variety of beer, mixers, soda, lemonade, ice tea, water, snacks, and candy bars to keep you hydrated and happy! Beverage/food tickets may be purchased in advance, 2-4 tickets per golfer. The tickets may be redeemed on the beverage cart or at the bar. Tabs, that are held with a credit card, may be set up at the bar for food or beverages. An outdoor picnic area may be used to congregate and relax as the rest of your golfers come in off the course.
Payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the golf outing. Any balance due may be paid the day of the outing.
